The Dalton Gang, Inc. (as Joint Venture Company T-Four, LLC) Awarded Prime ITES-3S IDIQ Contract to Provide World-Wide Enterprise IT Services and Solutions
WARRENTON, VA, October 2, 2018 – The Dalton Gang, Inc. (TDG), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Warrenton, VA is proud to announce that thru its Joint Venture Company, T-Four, LLC, it has been awarded a prime Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES 3S) IDIQ contract. This Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) has a five-year base period with four one-year option periods (nine years) with a $12B ceiling. The ITES 3S IDIQ includes a full range of services and solutions necessary to satisfy and support Federal Government enterprise IT infrastructure goals—allowing TDG to help government technology leaders attain their digital transformation and IT modernization goals. The vehicle was specifically crafted to be utilized not only as a strategic source of IT solutions for the United States Army, but also is available to all DoD and Federal Agencies.

Under this contract, TDG will compete to provide best-in-class technology solutions such as: Cybersecurity Services, IT Services; Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation; Network Systems Operation and Maintenance; Telecommunications Systems Operation and Maintenance; Business Process Reengineering; IT Supply Chain Management; and IT Education and Training.
